Busan Galbi is a Korean Samgyeopsal stall, serving customers marinated and raw meat and pork for everyone to cook and grill themselves! Busan Galbi’s branding is inspired by the playful designs and aesthetic of Koreans and drawing from these two elements – the flame and the Korean flag. Since Busan Galbi is a Korean Barbeque establishment, I wanted to give the branding a very strong connection to its roots – flames and charcoal grittiness.

Aannyeonghaseyo (hello in Korean)! Busan Galbi is a stall located at Arkipelago – a food park in Makati. With Busan Galbi’s look, I also wanted to give an ode to the Korean language and let it be around the food stall for added Korean authenticity.
