

In early 2020, I was tapped by DNA720 to help create social media content for one of their clients, ACS Manufacturing Corporation. With that, they gave me the privilege of working on four very reliable and staple items at home – Pride Detergent being one of them.
When reviewing the past content that was made for the brands, Pride was one that made me feel like a lot of play could be done. Older posts used the kind of tone that is playful and cheeky, but still staying within brand standards. With the direction that I pivoted towards, I made sure that the brand had a fun voice but also gave a steady amount of information while the pandemic was droning on.
Under the Pride brand are multiple products in powder and their corresponding bareta form – Pride Powerwash, Pride Kalamansi and Jasmine, Pride Sakura Blossom Fabric Conditioner, and Pride Anti-Bacterial.
Included above are some of the content that I’ve made during the course of 2020-2021. For the initial months of 2020, I made it a point to focus on the current global crisis and message the content in a way that emphasizes that Pride can be a product that would help you in this distressing time.
Almost all work under the brand’s social media content was lovingly made by me – static images, copywriting, videos, and captions. Admittedly, copywriting in Filipino is not something that I’m very strong in, and tapped a very good friend who also happens to be a copywriter to help me produce some of the copies and captions.
